Lee Bailey’s Soup Meals: Main Event Soups in Year-Round Menus is a cookbook by the late author Lee Bailey, published in 1989 as his sixth book. The book is a collection of 32 sophisticated yet easy menus that feature soup as the main course. In addition to recipes for both hot and cold soups, the book also includes recipes for appetizers, breads, and desserts that can accompany a soup-centric meal. The book contains 118 full-color and 17 black-and-white photographs. The book was photographed by Tom Eckerle and includes a foreword by Liz Smith.
